The food is consistently good and at a good price. Their weekday lunch specials have the best value. Sometimes the service is a little slow--especially during weeknights but they are friendly. If you are in a rush during weeknights, it's best to eat at the bar. Their classic Thai dishes (Summer rolls, Tom yum soup, Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Mango with Sticky Rice are consistently good. Their eggplant and seafood dishes are also worth trying.

I didn’t even have the patience to see faces of those waitresses and sit and eat their wretched food. We walked in when they had zero business. I asked for a table in the back but they said they are closed in back. That’s funny coz ‘the back’ is just four tables with chairs properly stacked. I mean what would it mean when they are ‘open’ in the back? Pour confetti on me and get a live jazz musician ? Nevertheless, this didn’t tick me off. We asked if the board outside about specials applied for dinner as well. This rude Chinese lady didn’t even let me finish my sentence. Cut me midway and said “you need to come during lunch for that. This is dinner time” Who the hell are you talking to us like that ! We walked off. I wish I staged a louder showdown. Now I am going to get her name and email management.

It's a shame how badly managed this restaurant has become. These days they don't seem to have a manager on weeknights and are also understaffed. I placed an online order which estimated it being ready in 20-30 minutes. After over an hour, I finally got my order. I could see a large single party in the restaurant but they even made another online order before mine. I know because at first they tried to give that order to me so I saw that it had been ordered 30 minutes after mine. I asked the waitress to have a manager call me and I complained to Menufy their online order venue. The mgmt told menufy that they had no intention of refunding any of my money. I order from this restaurant weekly but will now take my business elsewhere. Their food is average and if this is how they want to treat a regular customer then it really isn't worth it. Per your request for more info it was an online order April 24 at 7:10 pm. For $43.46. By the time I left your restaurant, it was 8:15 pm which Menufy can verify thats when I called them. I’m not making any of this up. The other woman’s online order ticket had a timestamp of being placed at 7:37 pm and she got her three dishes before I got my order of four dishes even though my order was placed 27 minutes before hers. Im sure you can check all of this thru your online order history. You can also check that I ordered from your restaurant about 3 or 4 times a month for at least the last 5 years and during that entire time you’ve compensated me once $10 for an order taking an hour only after I complained and that wasn’t much of a gesture. That time and this time isn’t the first time it has taken 45 minutes or an hour to get my order. You used to have a very nice night manager and when the wait was longer she would chat and offer a beverage and at least apologize and thank me for waiting so I didn’t complain or request a comp or refund. That seems to be nonexistent now. At the very least I should have been called by a manager as I requested and more appropriately comped the entire bill for this order that quite frankly was completely messed up in how it was handled. Orders get delayed or messed up—I know that but it’s how a restaurant chooses to treat the customer that makes a difference as to whether or not to come back. In this case I deserved an apology and refund.

I had the pad Thai and my wife had the drunken noodles. Both were tasty. The price was very reasonable.
